Refund and Cancellation Policy
- Full Refunds: Available for cancellations made by March 6, 2025.
- Partial Refunds: Cancellations made between March 7–21, 2025, are eligible for a 50% refund, minus a 7% processing fee.
- No Refunds: Cancellations made after March 21, 2025, or no-shows, are not eligible for a refund.
Block Class
What is the Block Class?
The block class is an add-on session and is not included in the Full Weekend price or any package. This special session focuses on improving balance and body alignment through tango-inspired leg exercises on yoga blocks. With a smaller class size, Virginia will provide personalized tips to each participant. A light brunch will also be provided after the session.
Private Lessons
Private Lessons are availble for for individuals and couples with either Virginia, David or both. Contact 502tango@gmail.com for details and scheduling.
Alcoholic Beverages
No outside alcoholic beverages will be permitted inside the Brewery. The brewery will be open and serving beer on tap.
Food
Outside food is allowed in the Brewery, lite snacks will be provided during the workshops and milongas.
Dance Floors
What type of dance floors will be used?
Both dance floors at Bourbon Tango and Akasha Brewing will be wood flooring, providing a smooth and comfortable surface for dancing.
